Getting fired because of no concrete reason

Did this happen to you? I am so sorry if it did I have been working from home for many years so I only have to answer to myself.

I spent many years as a manager and I have to tell you that it took more than one incident before I let someone go. If you are a good employee, if you give an honest day's work for an honest day's pay and if you seem to care about the company, you will increase your chances of staying employed. I never fired anyone for being late the first time but if it became a habit I did. Some companies are a b1tch to work for and, no matter how good you are, you can lose your job just because the boss is having a bad day.

Yup! Twice! Some company's have a policy not to say anything. Nothing to you and nothing to your future prospective employers. Your dilemma is what your going to tell the next possible employer. You say, my position was eliminated. Excuses like automation, downsizing, mass layoffs etc, work best. What matters is your mind set toward your resume'. The longer you've spent on that job the better.

I have been in the construction feild now. the boss is such a crazy person. One day he called the employees for a meeting and said the last benchers will not report to work from tomorrow and trust me its a fact. There was one person in the company for 4 months the boss called him and said you are fired. he asked him what is the reason , so the boss the said "i dont like your face".
