It seems like there's really some major issues with the iPhone4 reception after all which is primarily due to the phone's antenna being constructed on the sides of the phone. Apple initially claimed that the fault was being a faulty configuration with the phone's reception firmware causing a wrong reception level reading. Though the problem was seemingly addressed, Apple still faced mounting criticisms and complaints without any form of improvements or resolve with the problem. Becoming a nightmare for their public relations and the company taking a toll where on Tuesday Apple's shares plunged by more than four percent after an influential guide gave the new iPhone 4 a poor review, wiping £6.5 billion off the firm's value.
