That is stereotyping. Not all girls are like that. But psychologically, for them (not me) Choo and chweet sounds cute and funny they probably think it is interesting and attention grabbing. I'm not sure though because I'm not one of those. Well, a paradoxical question, why do men whistle when they see a hot girl pass by? I think girls saying chweet is okay but the whistling sounds disrespectful. I don't know if it is disrespecting girls but I base it on my personal opinion. Ah, your topic is short.
