as we know banner for every website or bog is must and important to have an unique identity.i searched internet for creating banners and many results lead me to paid softwares to create banners... and free softwares are not working... someone here please tell to how to create our own banner... is it possible with photoshop? if you have any answers please let me know.. thanks in advance..

I use mybannermaker and bannercreator.nu. The second one is real easy to use but somewhat simplistic. Nothing fancy just plain old banners but it does the job and for free.

Hi, You could also try http://mybannermaker.com/ It is really easy to make your banner by choosing your desired size of banner and several other options.Hope this helps.
