Do you snore when you sleep? I'm currently hearing my roommate's snores right now.:D And the sound tickles my mind and make me eager to find out if there are a lot of people who will admit they snore when they sleep...:D I hope you'll be kind to post your insights here...Take care, Amigos!:D

My husband tells me that I snore on occasion. He can tell its when I am super exhausted though and have fallen into a deep sleep. That doesn't happen often, but yeah, I guess I'm guilty. =)

i asked my family, friends and the ex on whether i snore when i slept. nobody has ever told me that i did. hehe it could be because it's easy for me to get sleep at any given time and place. and i always find comfort right before sleep so i'd feel quite rested. snoring is often due to a partially blocked air passage when a person at sleep is not breathing perfectly at rest. the back, neck, and jaw must be in a relaxed state and the nose should be free of any blockage so air can pass thru conveniently. when someone snores, i usually move his/her shoulder a bit so that the back is not too flat out on the bed. what i used to do with my ex when he snores is to lightly rub/massage the back of his neck so it would relax. i observed that when people are tired before going to sleep... most of them will likely snore. hehe
