I have some account problem in paypal

I made a paypal account just this morning specifically for mylot because I need to make extra money for something special. I am still a student so most of the job openings turned me down. That is why I tried an online way to earn.
Anyway, the paypal account has to be verified by linking your card. I don't mind that because I already have one. But I didn't understood when paypal said they would charge a hundred bucks and I have to check my card statement within 2-3 days for them to refund it to the account. Where can I find the card statement?
I also don't know how to change the account type, I misunderstood that personal account can also earn and not only send money so I took a premier account. What does a premier account have that personal account doesn't? And what are the additional fees that I might incur because I took the premier account?
I hope someone would respond.

They don't charge anything to verify an account. They either deposit two small amounts or charge two small amounts (less than $1.00) - the exact procedure depends on the country and possibly whether it is a credit or a debit account. You have to look at your statement, note the two small amounts, and type in these four figures (the cent amounts) where requested on the PayPal site. This confirms that the account you are linking to PayPal is indeed your account.
In one way or another, the total amount charged or added is refunded or adjusted, probably when you make your first transaction in PayPal, so you will not be out of pocket (and nor will they!).

If you have not set up online banking with your card company, you should do so if it's at all possible. Otherwise you will have to request a paper statement from your bank or at the ATM and wait until it arrives before you can see the two small amounts.

I do not believe you can make a second account. I would personally send a query to PayPal before you attempt creating a second account.
Also I believe there are fees associated with the premier account so you may want to rid of it if you are not going to use it. What is the point of having and paying fees if you do not anticipate using it.
When I started my Pay pal account they made two deposits to my account. One for 4 cents and another for 7 cents. I just had to go online and look at my bank statement the next day and input the transaction numbers to verify that it is indeed my account.
Then when I wanted unlimited daily withdrawals, I input my checking account information which then they did the same, only that time they deposited 3cents and 5cents.
So you are best to contact admin over there before you make changes. As they are very particular about the accounts, with so much fraud going on, you do not want to be banned from PayPal.

I have deleted the premier account easily, I thought I have to send an email to ask about deleting an account. Thank you very much for the support and response about paypal being particular with their accounts.

Thank you, I will ask permission to have the premier account deleted so that I will not be accused of fraud and it would definitely be hard to be banned from paypal.

The Premier Accounts allow you to send and recieve more money then a regualr account. The Limits are lifted to a higher amount.
It also cost a monthly or yearly fee for the account because of the lifted limits but I don't know how much. (Im not completely sure about it.)
The reason they're gonna charge your card is to verify it's your card but I wouldn't think they'd charge you a hundred bucks? I've used Paypal for years but I have a Personal account so I don't really know about the Premier. You could cancel your account and tell you credit card company to decline the charge and start over by making a Personal account and verifying it through a Checking account. Paypal makes Two small deposits into your account and wait for you to tell them how much they deposited and then your verified.

Ah, I can cancel my account? That's great. I was worrying about that since morning.
The bucks I meant are the currency in philippine peso, it is nearly $2.
Thank you very much for solving my second problem. I'll try doing it now :D

Thank you for your help, I have removed that account and I'll call the bank later because it's too early right now. I have no more worries with paypal eating my brains thinking up where can I change the account. And I still use the same email for mylot. Only paypal changed.
Thank you again to everyone who helped me out ^___^

Are you sure it said 100 bucks???? normally it is $1.00, I can't see them charging your card that much. Also if you are using a credit card, have you got online banking with your card company, as it would show up on there? Otherwise you could ring them and ask if they could issue one for you, or ask if they could tell you about the money taken from paypal.
In relation to having a personal/premier account, I am not totally sure, I always thought it had something to do with higher sending and receiving limits. If you are in any doubt I would contact paypal, who will be able to explain this to you, if you cannot find the relevant information here online.

Ah it's philippine currency so converting it would be around $2. I think there are no online banking with the card I have. Is there a fee if I call them just to ask about a card statement?
I think I'll just make a new account in paypal. But I'd still keep premier in case I have uses for it later.
Thank you for helping me solve the first problem. I'll try to contact the bank later since it's a bit early.

I didn't lie. I'm from philippines so its a hundred pesos, not dollars. There is no peso sign here so I said bucks. I think converting hundred pesos is around $2.
I don't understand the other words. I didn't know the difference before between the two account types. I don't need to link the card?
Could you clarify what that "what have you done" part? I didn't do anything wrong. I was technologically illiterate I don't know most of the terms there.
You should have read my other comments, I already said the currency I meant was the domestic currency in my country.

I have a premiere account but to be honest, I think most people would be better off with a personal account.
