Captain's log star date july 2010 so far I've avoided certain doom and saved the ship and crew from crashing into a big extroid.
LOL just kidding!
But for real! its been a pretty bumpy 2010 so far, though I'm still optimistic the transportation system in my state is still gone pending posible funds to restore service I really hope the bus services is restored soon, and other unpleasant life events have been stirring, but like I said I'm still hopeful. well enough about me hows July 2010 treating you?

Brigadier's Log Star Date Aug 2010. I also managed to save my Negh'Var class battle ship & crew from a collision course with - I believe it was a Reman Warbird before we disrupted them with our disrupters & then outran them.
In my area, it seems that July 2010 was heatwave month. The weather was sort of nice for Klingons & - I hate to say it - Cardassians, but for many humans, unbearable. This makes me wonder how much power got used, & how high the total electrical bill to cool things off would be.
From before July of this year, it also seemed that we went from winter straight into summer with hardly any spring. With the insane weather, it would not surprise me at all, but I sure hope that we don't end up with a big snow that would have to be measured in feet instead of inches.

Hiya apples,
Captains log star date July 16th somewhere on Planet Earth sort of Spain orientated. Hoping your Bus Service gets restored ours has been on strike three times in a month already. Sounds like a general invasion of unrest has gotten into them all and away they go.
Really glad you´ve saved us all from doom (grin). I loved Star Trek the sad thing is they have gone on strike too and they never show it any more miserable ones that they are. However there are a couple of Politicians here that resemble Spock and the Joker (grin). In fact one looks so much like Spock that when they imitate him he is always in his Star Trek ship being a Politician on another Planet (grin). Wow if your Bus Service has to be funded things sound really bad there. Seems like having other forms of transport have to be relied on. Our Bus Service is so slow and not very often that I never rely on it to get me anywhere I am better off waiting for someone to give me a lift into Town and I either come back with them or take a Taxi. You can spend a whole morning between Buses and just trying to get to where you want to.
Captains log Star date hope today and the future sounds better. Thanks for the memories of Spock and Captain Kirk love em to bits honestly. By the way we have a News Reader that looks like Chuckie the Killer Doll it´s not his fault though just the way things are.
All I can say is you have a great sense of humour.

Hiya apples,
Captains log Star Date today, now, I have pressed the button for the first response and hey presto two have come out instead of one lol. Now if I could do that with Money, I would have all the Cash I need I would not need to rely on Buses and all that stuff. How did I do that not intentional to make the same post twice it´s never happened to me before.
Captains log Star Date seems we have avoided certain doom and are now on course again. New course set for the future into happiness and light and love see ya there gal.

July is the worst month so far. 2010 has been good for me.
but there is no all-good year for me anyway
so I'll just live life one day at a time

It's been so-so until now, though I think in a couple of days I would hear a news I have been dreading with regards to my career. I am quite expecting it already, so I don't think it would have any bigger effect on my life, though I admit I am still a little on the edge. I do hope that in the end, I would end July on a high note. There's not much more to do but be hopeful.
Yes I'm hopeful. Yes I am.

July has been so difficult, painful yet hopeful. The first week was fun because I went on vacation, only to find out that while I was gone, my dad had gotten sick. The cruel joke came at the start of the second week. After lots of visits to the doctor, he said he's having suspicions that my dad has cancer! That definitely shook my world. Later tests revealed, thank God, that it was not cancer but some complications from gallstones. This week he's had surgery and on his way to recovery. On the second week, too, my brother almost fell over a ravine after busting a tire while driving drunk. The car wasn't ours, it was of a relative, and now they're all over us for damages, but we couldn't pay because of all the medical bills. At work, things aren't going well, either. The boss is getting more and more difficult, making us research things mundane, irrelevant and immaterial. But, there is still the third and fourth week, and I'm still hoping that things will be better.

Oh, and did I mention that the weather was crazy, too! Because of the strong typhoon, lights were out for some time. And still out in some areas.

Well more or less just like the other months. Actually it's too soon to tell since there are 15 days more to go. All I can say is my first 2 weeks had been quite scary and paranoid-causing.
Where I work, a new finance officer had been stationed just recently. She's more meticulous and promised to audit us more often, not that we have anything to hide anyway. But it's just that scenes like these gives me the jitters.
She did pay us a visit yesterday but everything went smoothly so far. In addition to that, I learned a lot from her. I was actually feeling rather light this morning. Like I have breathed out all my stresses away.

I am a glass half empty, glass half full kind of guy. So being right smack in the middle of the month, I couldn't really give a complete assessment for the month of July. But so far it hasn't been that bad. There were a few hiccups here and there but I'm sure that I'll bounce back good soon.
... see? half full...

Hello! Well, the Soccer World Cup was held in my country, South Africa, and ended only a week ago. It was simply marvellous! Everybody was happy, friendly, enthusiastic, and I am proud to say my country did an AMAZING job! So many tourists, when interviewed, said SA was the most beautiful and wonderful place they had ever visited, and everyone said they would be back for an extended holiday. So, I invite all myLot users to come and see for yourself what a wonderful place SA is. That aside tho, its been a very rocky year financially, and I am struggling to stay on my feet. I am going to perservere, and I know things will get better. Its a great year for making money online!!!

So far July has turned out to be the best month of the lot. I was diagnosed with fibromalgia and that's good 'cos before the doc was just saying, "You're just stressed and need to relax".

Hi apples,
Year comes and year goes. And we grow our feet every year much nearer to the grave. And that is true but saddening part of our life. But we go on hanging out with the hope that something good would happen to us if not this year next year for sure. But nothing like boom boom happens and we still grow older. At the end of the day when you look at the reckoning it is a zero.
Since year 2010 started I thought I would possibly complete the pending things. But it more than half of the year passed but a lot of thing are still staring at my face. now even I wish I can not finish them for there are involved some there sous too.
Hope you get your bus service resumed.

was doing fairly except for financial tightness that I have come to get used to (lol) but today was extra annoying. As I and my husband were getting the motorcycle to start, he found out it had flat front tire. So i had to get public transport for the 30-minute travel (which would be about 45 minutes to 1 hour by public transport)
When I got to the office, I found out I was out of oatmeal (means could not eat breakfast). and I have workload since yesterday which won't give me time to run out and eat.
so far, today is just disgusting.. until i opened mylot and found out a task i submitted has been approved (made me smile).
well, perhaps the day will have its fair share of good things to and i am sure looking forward to it.

Well, whatever happens I still I'll remain optimistic. Thinking positively absorbs good aura...:D So far, I haven't really experienced anything bad. My health is okey, my studies are okey, I'm okey, my family are okey. I like to believe that everything is OKEY:D

July has been treating me very well so far. It started out with my birthday which was nice. Then July 4th happened where I played with a couple of friends of mine in a band to about 300 people. We also played a week later for our town's summer festival. So far lately, I've just been hanging out with friends and sitting around. It's also been very hot, which I do not like. However, I will live haha. I hope your July 2010 is great!
