my son wants a fort need help.

he says it needs to be "awesome" .i have a old bus 54x6 i was thinking about giving it to him should i give him the bus he says that he will save up for an air conditioner and a mini fridge and he says that he and his friends will get together and get a big tarp and put leaves on the tarp and the put the tarp on the bus so it will be camo my son is 11 but he is very mature for his age he says he will plant a garden out front and grow his own food and prepare it and we live in the woods and we would make a outhouse for him he wants to try to live there all of next summer.what should i do?

Sounds like your son has a very creative mind! I think a bus would be an excellent idea. As far as living out in the woods by himself? I think maybe you should keep the bus in the yard. My idea would be to put the air conditioner in, rip out all the seats, and help him make it his own personal little home. I know I personally always wanted a "fort" of some kind. Mainly just a place that I could call my own. I believe helping your son build this fort will be a great bonding and learning experience for the both of you and will allow your son a sense of freedom. Hope I helped!

thats i great idea but i dont want the bus to be an eyesore in the yard and neither does my wife and the bus is already in the forest to avoid this problem
