I know this sounds horrible but it works...it's hemaroid cream (not sure if that's how it's spelt)...I personally haven't used it but have been told that it works wonders.

Post #1 (Moonchild's) is absolutely right. Yes, definitely try a hemmorhoidal cream. I don't normally get the dark circles, etc, but the times I do it works like a charm. Plus, you can put makeup over it too if you get the cream type as opposed to the more oily petroleum-based kind (yes, there's two different types.) As whacky as it sounds, it works, and it's relatively inexpensive. I first tried it many years ago, and I keep it in with my makeup just for those times.

Forgot to add: the reason it does work is that it shrinks the tiny blood vessels, just like when it's used for it's original purpose:D

I was introduced in our country like few months ago,it's Garnier light cream. It is designed to lightened the lower part of the eyes or eyebags. It is like a roller wherein you will just roll it onto your skin. base on my friends comment who are using it,its effective.
