pizza..potato chips..pasta.. it's great to pair something soft, cold and sweet with something hard and salty. They make a great combination.

I really think that french fries goes well with sundae, Whenever I have a chance to eat at McDonald's, The hot fudge sundae and my french fries is a perfect match. I know it sounds a little odd for some. But me , my friends and most of my family thinks that the hot french fries went so well with the cold chocolate sundae. Add this to your menu and it would be a hit!

If you're looking for things for toppings, etc, I would stick to things like fruit, general toppings like chocolate, strawberry, caramel, etc..other things like spinkles & milo works well too.

if you mean what products are best paired with selling ice cream.. I'd go with pastries, cookies and cakes. That way, it would be like a sweets store. And most people who eat ice cream love to eat sweets anyway so it should sell pretty quickly.

Make sure you have chocolate sprinkles (we called them Jimmies in Boston). They are some of the most popular toppings for ice cream.
If you mean things other than toppings, I would say coffee to drink and cake, brownies and pie to put the ice cream on would be good.

If the store would have meal together with ice cream, then pasta and sandwiches are great partners. If the store is mainly focused on desserts, other form of dessert with ice cream products such as shake, waffles, banana splits are great. It is best to include toppings such as fruits, varieties of chocolates, wafers and sweets.
Hope this helps feelfree ^_^
