Hey, guys!
Here is my problem: My internet conection is really REALLY bad, I must fix it, but I dont have money. So, when I respond a discussion, I type just a few words because I know that I will probably loose everything I wrote (happened sooo many times). I can't wait to reach 500 posts so I'll be able to copy/paste my posts.

Actually there are cheaper ways you can try to boost signal strength, if that is what is challenging you. One way of finding out about it is by doing a research on it, using keywords like 'improving WiFi signal'.
People have been using discarded items as part of the project. The main purpose is to get more focus on the transmitter. Some people use a piece of aluminium foil.
I am not facing the same problem but I increase the signal strength of my wireless router by adding a hollow alumnium rod to the antenna.
