How to get more traffic to my blog.....

I use youtube to promote my blog.Just get nice and interesting videos and I put my link to my blog guses what?. Within a month a got 500 visitors to my blog.

My best promotional tool is my own domain website/blog. I have read fast fixes here, but that will only get you fast as well as short lived traffic. You need to work on your seo (search engine optimization) that is how you climb in the search engines and receive better traffic.

Hi Raja welcome to mylot, i am not an expert in getting traffic to the blog so wont comment much but what i feel is that the sites mentioned here would also not help either. What these sites do is to create an artificial traffic to your site which is temporary, but as you did post on your blog sites like mylot where you post are a good idea as the post will run forever . whats required is to get your reader to come back for more or that the new peolpe to find out about you in a much easier way. You will have to think about this on your own on how to do that . SEO seems to be a good idea but very difficult to implement go through the previous post to learn more (We are not related but the content on the site is really useful. )

Another Option: Do a link exchange with higher Page ranked blogs, it will be easy if your blog have quality contents. This will increase your blogs incoming links and hence the traffic. Happy lotting.
