How to make a Blog

before I restart Blogging again, Where is the best site to make a blog. and how is the proper way to do it? Are the a steps to make a successful blog?

Hi ynalane, I to just started making blog 2 days ago haha yes but true. I used blogger.com which is really easy to use and easy to manage. I never made blogs before but this one I have is my first blog ever. Feel free to check my blog in my profile if you have time:)
