I dance salsa for 3 years noe and I like dancing salsa L.A style since it is tought well in the salsa club.
They also teach rueda the casino but i'm not too good at it , only level 3...
In the salsa club there are many partners one can have for a dance , it doesn't have to be only one partner.
I like it whene my partner is not too strong with her hands , letting me leading her without resistance. And it can also be a beginner so I can teach her some salsa , making her dance with me in the future.

Now , that I found a job , I think to save some money for private lessons with some good teachers for salsa so I will become even better. Maybe I will go to salsa congress at my country (it requires staying at the hotel and it costs some money ).
Btw , nice avatar :)

Hi
I dance Salsa and go to classes every Tuesday night and really enjoy it.
My favourite type of Salsa is LA or as my instructor calls it "Straight Line".
For the classes I don't have a regular partner and we are encouraged to dance with different people. This is OK if the male is considerate and respectful of my level of skill. However it is also nice to dance with a man who is more experienced as they get me to try new moves and really help you to improve.
