i am the only girl , i have four brothers and i live in long island i feel so diffrent from all the girls in my school. can it be that my whole life i have been around guys and dont know how to be a girly girly ?

I to am an only girl but i have five brothers. I am an advanced adult now and I can tell you it was very difficult developing my femininity. Growing up with all brothers tends to make us tomboys because we are in that atmosphere a majority of the day. Yes, we are around girls in school but how many hours is that? Maybe 7 at the most; that leaves 17 hours for the balance of the day. I would strongly recommend that you try to become more social. Go to "girly" functions like mall walking or even just hanging out with friends. I hope this helps you.
