You mentioned that this guy works in the army. The more it makes me feel that he doesn't have time for Mylot or any cyberspace interaction. As for the woman, well it depends if she's too young like in her early 20s would be. If she's a housewife, she may not be on MyLot but probably on Myspace,Friendster, or Facebook. Or any other networking sites widely used in wherever country she is located at right now. If she's a career woman, she might barely have time for that so less chances her having an account online. You said you know the guy and it looks like you know the guy well. If you happen to know some of his relatives, probably you can look them up online and see if you get some friends in common. If may help you get closer to what you're looking for. Or try to check the directory online for that country. You might find something that will help.

I'm sorry but it doesn't ring a bell, your description is quite too general.. though you say that she is married to an army man, now I don't mean to stereotype, but most women who are married to army man are from Pampanga or Tarlac. Only because there was a US army base there before, though this would only apply if the one you're looking for is around 40 to 50 years old, cause the base there has been gone for a while now...
