Paid surveys are legit, but you want to be careful which ones you use. Any that require money or payment up front are a scam. You also wont get rich by any means. I use these really to make some extra cash for my hobbies. But I've definitely had great luck doing them, and occasionally I've been asked to join a study which pays out quite a bit more.

Absolutey. A few are

Those four are the best ones I've been doing. The key is to sign up for as many survey sites as possible, because you usually only get a few from each one. also you want to make sure to fill out any profiles, because it increases your chances of taking surveys. Lightspeed panel and surveyspot seem to have more survey invites than most of them all. you can also do

only Cash Surveys i haven't earned a payout yet, but i like the setup for it. i'll keep an eye out for others as I come across them, these are the ones I can come up with offhand that I have emails for right now

Are you asking about a specific survey site or just paid surveys in general?

In my experience, paid surveys aren't a scam - well, not all of them. Just stay away from the ones that ask you for money in exchange for finding you survey companies that pay.
The ones I've tried that have paid me (and I haven't had to fork out a penny for) include:
- PineconeResearch.co.uk (they have a dot com too): my favourite - pays £3/$3 per survey. Average 10-15mins per survey. Paypal payment couple of days after each survey's completed. As far as I'm aware, it's open to UK and US residents only.
- GlobalTestMarket.com: open internationally. High minimum payout though ($50), so might take a while depending on your profile. Pays via cheque. I've been paid twice.
- LightSpeedPanel.com: serves many countries, so you have to check if the Phillipines is included. Pays via Paypal or vouchers. Minimum varies depending on country. For me, I usually go for Paypal payments, so the minimum for me is £3 (used to be £1). Been paid several times.
- Crowdology.co.uk: UK only. Min payout - £4. Pays via Paypal as soon as you request payment. I reached the min a couple of time.
So, to me, some paid surveys are real (not a scam) and those are the ones I stick with.
To find more surveys that really pay, you can visit SurveyPolice.com. It keeps a check on what survey sites are scams and also gives you a top-10 list of the best survey sites out there. Feedback is from people who have used the survey sites.
Take care...
