Do guaranted sign up programs work? truth about paid sign ups

Everyone wants to get referral to their website especially the members have participated in ptc sites. Competition become tough to get referrals, so many ways to get referrals one of them is through paid to sign up programs. the question is whether these programs managed to get referrals is as active as you want or just referrals but inactive or do not even get a sign up from using their service. How much investment you spent to join this program?

Welcome to mylot. May you enjoy the wonderful and educational experience I am having at mylot.
My experience with PTS programs is not the responsibility of the program, it is the responsibility of the person signing. Many people signing for PTS programs are doing it for the few pennies and do not stay active. Others, like myself, take a commitment seriously ans stay active. Many people tht I have signed for still have an active member. It is my ethical code that makes me a valuable PTS, not the program. I don't sign for a PTS unless I plan to stay active. Does that limit my potential income, yes. However, I also will maintain a reputable reputation when people see me sign in their program.
