well siliguri, you need not have to use your ATM card or Debit card or credit card to withdraw your funds from PayPal account. All you have to do is create a personal account and then give that email id which u have given to PayPal as your id to mylot. Ask for payment in mylot and soon an transaction will appear in your PayPal account. Open the section withdraw, fill up the amount you want to withdraw and you should have min $10 in your PayPal account for withdrawal. An small amount will cut for converting the currency from dollars to your country currency and online transfer charges. All you have to provide PayPal is your bank account number only and see that your bank is provided online transfer facility. I have withdrawn from PayPal number of times into my bank account. It is safe and no need to provide a debit card no or credit card number, this numbers will ask by PayPal just to remove the limits which will be on your PayPal account, I request you to please read their FAQ's, so that you will understand their procedures and withdrawal methods. Don't worry PayPal is safe and this PayPal is made for eBay vendors to sell their items. So, it is safe. all the best.

I am in sudden shock with this item.LAtely, I had joined an online business where you earn cash by promoting a site where people can buy or sell ebooks, etc. According to testimonials, the business worked fro them and they had been generating much income. Much as the program is very workable, I just don't have that luxury of time to spend much for it so I decided to company have a refund. I emailed the company and I am now waiting for their response. Since I paid through paypal, for sure they are going to refund it through paypal, too. Now, comes that issue that paypal is not safe.Any suggestion for me?

Personally, I do feel that paypal is quite safe. I haven't had problems with paypal. I do trust paypal.

Hi siliguri~ I have been using PayPal now for three years since I came to myLot. I have always been paid by myLot on time and the money goes directly into my PayPal account. But, I only take the money from the PayPal account and deposit it into my checking account and don't use it anyother way so far! I might be doing another type of transaction soon that is to another Country so I will see how that works out and decide then how it goes. But, as far as I know alot of people use PayPal and it is safe!

I have had many transactions with Paypal- on ebay, and other websites that accept it. I have never had a problem. I have both paid and received payment. I honestly have never heard that it wasn't safe. My husband also has never had a problem. Hope this helps!

In my personal experience with Paypal, it's safe. I have received money in my Paypal, I have used it to pay for my webhosting service, and I have also withdrawn money from it to my father's bank account and my own account. I think people are saying it's not safe because the site does not help you if you get scammed. But if you think about it, it's not their fault if someone gets scammed, it's our fault. We should use our judgment everytime we pay someone.

PayPal isn't very safe indeed. Especially when selling electronic products such as ebooks. Since nothing physically is sent paypal isn't willing to investigate in case of fraud.
