I joined MyLot today and im curious. How does the payment system works? how much i get from a topic like that or a post?

Read the help section. Nobody is able to tell you how much you will earn per topic even if they found out telling it would be illegal.

No problemo. You only get paid for your own contributions, some people are confused and think replies to their contribution count as well.
