We have milked the Mother Earth in every possible manner. Minning, deforestation, tunnels, bridges, dams or so many othe activities have damage the environment in some way or other.
How can we save the environment? The easiest is by planting trees. Even if we plant one tree in a month, imagine our Earth would be richer by 12 trees in a year by the efforts of only one person. If we all join, we can change the environment for a good. Earth has given everything to us and our smaal effort of tree plantation and rain-harvesting could do wonder. Just imagine, trees planted by you would give shelters to birds, animals and humans.
I have taken a vow to plant a tree evey month and I am doing it for quite some time. This month I have already planted 12 spplings.
However, remember one more thing. Plantation of tree also requires proper nursing so that they could survive.

Honestly we don't need too many more trees where I live. When I looked at a sky view picture of my neighborhood you can barely make out the houses for because its like a jungle. Most recently I've helped my dad plant to fig trees, I planted a apple and a peach trees. I plan to do more soon.

I've planted several dozen trees. Most of them have been fruit and nut trees but a few have been simply for their beauty. I've also planted dozens of bushes.
I can't tell you how many trees I've left behind when I've moved to a new home. I'm hoping this home I have now will be my last. It has about 3 1/2 acres of land. When we moved here, maybe a third of the land was tree-covered. Where the house is, there were some trees around the perimeter but there was a wide open space. I've planted about 20 fruit and nut trees there and will probably plant a few more before there's no more room. I like the idea of producing food from my own land and this is one way I do it.
We've been going through an awful heat wave lately which has been going on almost two weeks now with only a small break in the middle. I've had to water my newest trees almost every day because, not only has it been unbearably hot but it's also been extremely dry, very little rain. The trees and doing fine, though.

udaymohan yes we need to reforest our earth since we have depleted ti of it natural resources. I have planted a few trees in my life time as my husband and I ran a gardening service. Now I am elderly and unable to
plant a tree unless someone else could do it on my behalf.I would love
to donate some trees when I get some money.

Honestly till now I have planted more than 100s of trees since my early childhood. For me it's not just a tree, it's a gift that will watch grow..
It's always an awesome feeling seeing all the grown-up trees I planted so far.. :)
