Why Cheat on Exam Day?

I never cheat in exam days. It's very bad habit to develop in any one. Exam do not mean just to get through good marks. But the knowledge you have gained in yourself during the study in mostly counted. Write what you know, why you have to cheat yourself. Actually you are not cheating anyone but yourself.

Yap! many student try to cheat on exam day because they are not well prepared,and they will cheat in the examination ,and make the teacher as well as their parents proud a saying that without reading they got good result.

Yes i have cheated on tests before, but not like big ones, just small in class type ones. Mostly because of peer pressure. I have a friend who always has to do better than everyone else and sometime they just really get to me that i wanna beat them just to say 'hey you cant always win, get use to it'

In exam time student sometime never fail to cheat because they want to get good mark and not to get scolding from their teacher or from parent and show that they were studying well as to impress the subject teacher and not to fail in exam as they have not studies properly so they do cheating.

One of the most common features of examination is the involvement of student in cheating.When student fail to prepare themselves well before an examination, they resort to cheating. It is true that whenever rules are made, there are people who break them. An examination is a test where no one is allowed by the consult the other and each question has to be answered by the child himself. Knowing the fact that this cant be done,student cheat. For me i have never and ever done such things in my life, i think cheating greatly mars the sanity of the examination ,the exam is really a good means of evaluating one's knowledge of all that is taught and it is in fact a good thing for students. This is something students realize later in their livers. But while they are still student ,they continue to bring a great deal of harm to their school and most of all to themselves.

Normally,I never used to cheat during exam day but once I had tried to cheat during my high school day because I had not prepared for that subject which I am going to write. so I think student cheat during exam day to get pass.

I would not know what will be my answer for this question cause I never cheated on my exams. It seems impossible to believe it and I dont expect people to believe me but I know what I did anyway and I know I didnt. I just cant take having a good score when in fact you have stolen those answers from somebody else. You're not worthy of what you have if you cheat.

I think because this students are not serious about learning. They have not yet realize the value of education. Also , some try to cheat especially if they have forgotten to review. I pity those students since they are not learning if they are just cheating. They might have passed the test but if they graduate they have not learn anything at all.

I persnaly have never tried cheating in an exam, but i think others cheat beause there lack of preperation for the subject or just there passion for it,they beleive that the only way to try to "scrape" a pass is by cheating using different methods as you stated which sometimes even prove futile!i think it is best just to tryas hard as you can even if you have not studied.

Once you prepare well, we don't need to cheat ourselves.

I tried to cheat to many exams i had in university, it`s not ok, i know, but in that moments i was so desperate and scared, because i wasn`t prepared to give those exams, that i didn`t knew what to do, so i cheated to past the exams.

i never cheated in my school days and in my engineering days ... i cheated in my intermediate studies which made all changes!!! .... but when i see my friends cheating i enjoy their feelings and expressions ..........

they are doing this maybe just because they don't want to fail exam and didn't study at all.I got bunch of people cheat during exam around me.and i used to help them by putting my paper alittle left or right so they can see mu answer,i know it's not some good gesture,but at least ,i don't want see them being flunk cause all of them are my roommates.

There is an expression "Cheat to Win!" That's why people want to cheat! Actually who cannot achieve success in general way opts for cheating! Cheating can lead you to success without much fuss!! Cheating can gain you in some way! If some people are lazy and don't want to work hard for achieving success they go for cheating! In the similar way, during exam the people who don't study properly not even open the book use to cheat! They think cheating is the only way! Cheating can have you what you want but what if you get caught ? You may get warning if very very lucky! Else minor punishment to major punishment! I never cheated! I always think positive and want to be the same I am now!

Well in simplest word student do not want to fail in exams and the other reason is they want to pass in the easiest way they can. And for me I have done it many times particularly in surprise exams, or if the exam is very difficult that I can not answer the questions. My reason is if I do not cheat i might fail the subject and repeat it next term and I do not want that to happened.

Yes, I have tried to cheat before and I am not proud of it. I would have preferred not to do it though. I regret having cheated. I even have friends who are proud of cheating. I did it because I know that I had the answer in my mind and I just needed a letter or a glimpse of an idea of what it was and I took a look at my seatmate's paper.

Right now in college, I have never tried to cheat or even thought about cheating. It's because I'm confident enough with my intelligence and even if I didn't study for an exam, I believe I know enough to pass it. I have cheated in my quizzes before in high school though. There's really no big deal about it. I mean, I don't think it's an illness when a student never fails to cheat. It's more on his lack of confidence which comes from his/her lack of preparation and lack of sense of responsibility. =)
