Bob Arum has already given Floyd Money Mayweather a countdown to accept the fight against Manny Pacman Pacquiao. It's now or never for Floyd Mayweather because he's been given until midnight to accept the offer. What do you guys think?

I've heard he's backing out of the match. That only shows he is afraid to face Pacquiao in a match and he is just inventing a lot of reasons to decline the fight. I think he is just full of air, boasting he is the best pound-for-pound king, so why not prove it in a fight against Manny? Is he afraid he is not up to the match and there's a possibility that he might lose and therefore, lose face in front of many boxing fans?

Expect Floyd Gayfeather to chicken out of this one! Expect him to come up with a litany of excuses. Floyd fears Manny and would be happiest to see Manny retire!

I don't know. I don't watch a lot of boxing, but I have seen Floyd Money Mayweather play before. Last time I heard, he had an undefeated streak. Does he still have it? And if he doesn't accept this offer will it meant that he'll forfeit, and lose his rank as Undefeated?
