After some muscle blowing exercises and a few sit-ups everyday, I found my abs popping up and forming a four-pack. Or you could say 'a distorted six-pack'.
But that was an year ago.
I was doing some serious studies with my graduation studies and was lost in it. Yes, the mistake was in my part: No adequate exercises. Now Mr.Flab says,"I'm back." Imagine my situation! I am totally flabbergasted and sad...
Did you have any similar experiences? How did you feel?

I am the same sad person like you are, even i have been bloated out like a balloon and my flab is just more than what it is. In this job hunting days, it is too hard to find a peace of mind and constant questions of friends, in it i just get so depressed that i don't do my workout at all and just go on hogging
. I am so much worried, but i know when i start cycling it will cure and tone up i think you should try a bicycle. It really works wonders trust me.

Hi archie!
Here, comeon, take my shoulder to cry on. I guess we share almost the same problem.
But fortunately, I am not bloated up like a baloon!
I'm fit and strong. But my stomach sticks out quite embarrassingly.
