Do you always use alcohol to make your hands clean?

It's been a habit of mine I observed. After washing my hands, I still apply a drop of alcohol. I don't know if it's true but my husband told me that it'll make my skin dry. I do this because I still feel dirty even after washing with soap. I do this all the time. That's why I make sure that I have alcohol in my bag wherever I go.
