xpango.com: is it scam or legit?

i was surfing the net and came across to this site,,they claim that they give free gifts (mostly gadgets and console games)to anyone that register and gain points. So is this site legit or scam? Do anyone here get to claim their free gifts?

I heard about this site and even found it while I was surfing the net, this site is look to good to be true and I have read some blog/articles about this site that they never pay their members. So stay away from this and don't waste your precious time. ABSOLUTELY SCAMMMM i made order for one cd and i never receive it.no replay to my answers i dont believe them !!!

its not a scam . You cannot make an order for one cd as the minimum cashout is 10 credits. I have been a member for over 2 years now and have received a PS3, An iPod touch ,An xbox 360 and recently a 42" LCD TV.
It does cost you some money if you do the offers yourself but its only a fraction of the retail price. Also the support is excellent .

There are some people that claim it's a scam and other people that claim it's not a scam.
I guess that they only send the gifts to some users so it's a scam, stay away from it !
