My favorite halter top got stolen!!!

I bought a new top last time. I have never worn that dress only to find out that it is missing. I know I had placed it on top of my bed before I got out to attend a swimming party. When I got back and searched for the clothes it was gone. You know who is my suspect? Well the rat that ate my toothpaste!!! I don't know how to get rid of them I plan on putting tile growth in the hole in my floor!!!

Could a rat really steal a halter top? Maybe with some buddies but I don't think they'd be able to grab it in their teeth and run away without some help. Unless what you're trying to say went over my head and I just completely misunderstood you.
