As I was going through youtube and in most of the criticisms on certain issues, I came across vulgar language, that was beyond description. As the saying goes 'eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth, the responses were equally vulgar. I felt that all these were uncalled for. If someone is not in line with one's way of thinking, should that be considered bad or despicable? I remember seeing a show, 'One Step Beyond,'a long, long time ago and in this show the main character wished everyone were like him. Presto, his wish came true, but it was not welcomed for long. The man became bored with life because it was dull and he could predict everyone's thoughts, actions and mannerisms. He wished for things to be as before and life became bearable though there were differences. What do others in mylot say?

Hi, shobahn, how are you? Nice to see you around here again. Healthy criticism and argument is always good for improvement. It should be a decent discussion and none should use bad words. Yes, as you rightly pointed out when there is no difference life will be boring.

Thanks for your quick response. I was actually not in the mood because my mother fell very ill lately and hospitalised. By the way, I came across all these vulgarity on youtube comments. I agree sometimes we do get heated up in an argument but it does not call for vulgarity. Sometimes those who are not directly involved will get involved in support of those unfairly criticised using vulgarity
