I would like to discuss more about "how to effectively communicate with your child" I wrote in my previous discussion that there are things we need to do so that our child will understand us when we communicate with them. the first is to "Show Interest." our interest can be communicated by listening, paying attention, and contributing to the conversation. the child will sense when the person they are talking to is not interested. showing interest to our child can also boost their self esteem and they would feel that indeed they are valuable to us. next I will discuss more about "Using Simple Language" while communicating with your child...
