Not recieve confirmation code when reset password on FB

Hello myLotters, My sister told me that she had enough with her BF. One of the worst was he knew her FB pass and changed it. Then she heard from her friends that he posted something bad on her status. Now she cant login to her facebook account. She has ask to FB to reset her password, but she never get an confirmation code from FB on her yahoo. The confirmation code is needed to continue resetting process. Anyone know how to get her account back? Please help..

Wow what crazy guy your sister bf is. Well for resetting the password and anything related your account only FB admin can help, all I can do is take to the pages where you can ask for resetting and if FB account is hacked, how to get it back. Well, with my sister, I did what FB tell us. But she doesnt recieve the confirmation code yet. Finally she decided to create new account with new email.

Are you sure she checked her spam folder? Are you sure the email address corresponds with the email address she used on facebook?

Yes, I have checked her yahoo address on her profile, and there was nothing on spam folder either. :((
