It's not because I commit a sin than I am a sinner, but because I am a sinner, then I commit a sin. What do you think? I think it's true. That's explain why we always do the sins.

It's true. Since the Fall, we as human have always had the propensity to sin. It is only through God's grace and Jesus' sacrifice that we are forgiven. We have an awesome and loving God.
