Is there really a sign when a person will pass away soon?

Last friday, I visited a patient whom I have been visiting since he was admitted. It was an ordinary day and he was in a good condition same as everyday. The only thing different which I just recently noticed was with what he said, "I won't live up to a hundred years old" and "the way he shook my hand for the longest time thanking me for visiting him everyday". The next day, I received a call and found out that the patient passed away on friday night. I was shocked and saddened for I told him that I will see him on monday. I don't know if the signs I've noticed are just a coincidence or it was really an evident way of a person knowing that he will die soon. Have you ever experienced anything like this and what is your opinion about this mylotters?

I am very hurt to hear that he/she passed away. So, it 'll not be a good idea to comment about him. But i want to say as it is superstitious. i am telling a real example:
A football match was played between India and Syria in a tournament. And India win on the very last seconds of attack. Thereafter on the next day, one told me that he was expecting the goal at that time and it happened. What an telepathy!
Everyone who are sitting before any competition expecting or not expecting any such type of incident and sometime it happened but not most of the time.
In your case also, all the patient says like that and incidentally it sometimes happened.

Hi Onichboy,
I have never experienced it, but they say a person seems better for a day or two before they are going to die. It is a strange phenomenon that apparently is often true.

No I actually dont think so. Well I really don't know like my grandfather he got really sick and was taken to the hospital.
He wanted to see all his kids because he said that he thought he was dying. Still he didn't die which is a very good thing.
Later he said that he saw his old friend in ghost form who he had passed away some time ago. Still the ghost told my grandpa die and come with me.
My grandpa told him no you go I am going to live. My grandpa can be so funny at times that's why I love him he's just that great.

My mother passed away last May. On Thursday she said "I think I'm dieing". By Sunday morning I got the call. Yup, I think people know.

i am sorry to hear that,my friend...I know there are tons weird things that we can not explain why.And I've never experienced somthing like you this but I know its a hard time for the people invoving.
In China we have a saying 'the radiance of the setting sun',it means people who would die always have a very abnormal status than used to,usually its a good sign.I think this is kind of explaining these situation you guys experienced.

Hi,
The older people in my family says that when they are visited by someone who has already passed then it is their time to go. It is like the others who have passed before them are getting them ready to come to the other side. Maybe your patient had a dream or was visited in some way.

I am sorry to hear that . I have no experiences about this . But I think , maybe someone really knows that when he will passed away soon . There are many things we cannot explain in the world , including this such thing . Do you think so ? Friends .

no i don't have ever seen it happening !!! i think these signs are just coincidence due to which we start believing it.... but i don't say not to believe it because believes differ from person to person...

perhaps the person already given a sign from God that he will be leaving the world he lived on and continue the life in the other place.
I heard of this and somehow there are really happening around.
some might not notice, but eventually they are around giving signs.
being out of normal person habit behavior is one of the sign.
