indeed tough to start saying the word sorry .. sometimes, even if we are wrong, we are also reluctant to ask for forgiveness. but the rewards when the words spoken are sorry that we get inner peace ..

actions always speak louder than words if you have wronged someone and are truly sory show them instead of telling them words are cheap!

if your sincere in asking for forgiveness it's so easy to say sorry... be'coz it's your heart that is talking... i would simply say as simple as it is.... i'm sorry.
