I recently read on article on internet,According to recent studies, men are two and a half times more likely to commit suicide after divorce as compared to women These studies have put an end to the famous mistaken belief that women suffer more after divorce..The biggest problem for both men and women is "How to rebuild their life after divorce" and "How to recover from the pain of divorce" generally it hurts more in Love marriage relationship. After Divorce men are very concern about their kids, if they are happy or not...etc.! ...what do you think?

Hi dear,
I am not a direct experienced person in this regard. However, from the society and surroundings I could smell some impact from few of my knowing people.
Even though it is not a new subject the cases related divorcing is getting increased. Possessiveness and attitude and self esteem are a few cases leading to it. Now-a-days there are more many reasons for a divorce. People are not ready to understand each other's positions.
When come to a comparison on man or women who is more tensed, in fact both are having equal importance and it has more

gender does not define this. as for numbers more males kill themselves due to relationships and high emotions than women. anyway it depends on the man and depends on the woman.

Honestly this must have been something new to me that man suffers more from a divorce. As you put it rightly both face the problem of rebuilding their lives and to recover from the pain. But honestly this must have been something new to me that man suffers more from a divorce.

I think it genuinely depends on the person who cared the most and or is affected by the divorce the most.
I believe these statistics appear new only because men do not really express their inner feelings publicly like woman do. I believe men believe that they are not suppose to break down and hurt so they do not let off to anyone.
I certainly believe man and or woman are both affected and hurt by it equally, only some are better at hiding their feelings publicly.

That studie is correct, meaning that no man should go threw a divorce. If you were married in the first place, then why go threw it all over again threw a divorce? Anyway back to your question, yes med do hurt more than woman. My dad I know was hurting more when they left. I think its jsut becouse woman are a name I can not say on Mylot.com.

Depends on how the individual mentally strong enough to handle the situation.
divorce may be the effect from as not "fate" together.
but somehow, recovering from those emotional pain somehow need a long time.
A phrase "Pressure make a beautiful pearl; as well Pressure also make rubble."
Up to the person on how to handle the pressure from divorce.
Women in the upper hand, can cope up with pressure easily since they like to talk out of their problems with their friends.
Men, mostly will keep the pressure in themselves and mostly negative results will be out due to some can't handle the pressure which are mostly perhaps demoralized by their ex-wife or environment.
Anyway, for men, expressing their pressure of divorce by using non violence way may result a positive output. Example, write a book (if successful story, it may become a hit when published) , draw a painting (painting have emotional and esthetically value - can earn a lot in auctions) or think positive by hanging out and doing activities which result of forgetting the divorce issue might help.
For women, just have your life normally since women could talk their pressure from divorce out and within few months, women simply can forget about it.
