I am writing a poem and I need a term for a group of vampires. Does anyone know what this might be called? I shy away from using coven since that is a group of witches and might blur the meaning of the lines.

I don't think there is a standard term for that but try Cronitude. I made it just now, anyway let's get to the meaning part. A Crone is an ugly evil-looking old woman which is synonymous to a vampire. If you are writing poems, I think you should get realistic. I mean, vampires are supposed to look ugly and not cute fellas like Twilight saga. A vampire is a a corpse that rises at night to drink the blood of the living. Usually, vampires are depicted as rotting and pale creatures. The mordern literature made them cute dudes. By the way, it's your choice. Have fun. Happy mylotting. Regards, Ajith.

Depends on which mythos you are using. My poem is using more of the Anne Rice type vampire. I am using the isolation aspect of vampirism more than anything else. Which I get it finished I will post it.
