I don't know why up to know "paid to you tube" site is still listed in legit site of PTC investigation. I was scammed by this site and stop clicking months ago... I did reached the minimumpayout and requested for it, it was put on pending status for more than 1 month then after 2 months, I cannot access my account anymore. Always password invalid. I did email and sent support ticket regarding the password and only received wrong password retrieval from them... Told myself that they are nothing but scam. Now, as I was browsing or some legit paying site, I saw that the site hae good feedback rom others... So I went back and check to see if I can open my account anymore and to send them another follow up regarding my pending payment from them... I also read their forum and saw some the same problem just like mine. Password error and password retrieal code error too... Some said that they did no receive their pending cash out too... The moderator is very active in responding to the inquiries so I did take my chance and hope that they will still pay me . Anyways, they answered my ticket but they claimed that I am banned... So I respond back and asked them why. They said that I have multiple account so I answered them again. This is exactly my last message to them: With your TOS: 3) You may NOT refer other people in your household. However, they must have a valid unique e-mail address and valid unique PayPal address/account to register with our program. (Prior to 11/1/2009 you were allowed, accounts created before 11/1/2009 will not be effected) I referred her prior to that date. She is a different person with different email address, different paypal address and different computer... our address is different too... I am B and she is C. It is clearly stated in your TOS and I am not affected with that changes... and before you were allowing that so I referred her.... After stating the fact and throwing back what's written with their TOS, I don't receive any answer from them anymore... So it is so clear that they are nothing but a scam. May be they are paying few members and scamming others too. You can also see many members complaining in their forum. Any experience with this site?
