Unexpected by it makes me smile

It is another regular Monday to, have to leave the house before 7AM to be at the office by 8. As usual the ride on the 1st bus that passes by. When I get inside the bus some thing is different. the bus driver greeted me "good morning, welcome aboard to G liner Bus, hope you have a fun drive". It was a little awkward at first coz we don't normally receive greetings from bus drivers. But I was nice to hear. Later I can hear the conversation between the driver and the bus conductor. The driver is telling the conductor to be nice and polite to the passengers and telling him to greet them good morning with a smile. The bus conductor is hesitant at first but later on he follows the drivers advice. As he collected the payment for the ride, he greeted me "good morning ma'am, saan po kayo(where is your destination)?" I told him and he gave me the ticket and tell "thank you po". He keep on doing it to every passenger. I can't help it but to smile whenever the bus conductor greeted his passengers politely because it is not everyday that you can meet someone like that. How about you? What is your unexpected experience today that makes you smile?

It would be nice if I could have that kind of bus driver in my country. ^^

We can find people like them everywhere, some somehow most of them are unnoticed since we are busy and we barely pay attention. Maybe you have some one like them in the convenience store, fast food...

that's sounds refreshing~ i don't ride the bus often since i live within my school'd campus, but i'd like to get into that kind of bus. i think it really helps brighten everyone's day. people should make that a habit. so i'm thinking of doing the same thing. maybe not to everyone i meet, but at least to a few of them who don't look like they're going to think i'm mad. haha(^_^)

I agree with you a simple greetings every now and then can make you day a breeze. I can give us comfort and attracts a positive energy.

Well its nice to hear your experience its nice to hear that in today's world when there is so much stress,people talk to us nicely.The polite nature of people towards us really makes us happy.Well in my case yesterday i was walking across the street and one kid ran towards me and gave me a flower and i don't know why she did it but i felt nice.So these small moments are like very heart touching and we remember them for a long time.

Thats so sweet.... That was a really touching moment. It is not everyday that we can receive flower from some. Any kind of action from a kid is really heart warming whether, it is just a simple smile or a hi. You experience a moment that is worth remembering.
