I have a problem and it is about making mistakes. Maybe out of ten works I would just get one right. I am always being scolded because of doing things wrong. It is not like I am careless or whatsoever but sometimes I really don't know what to do and I have to take immediate action. I am not allowed to ask question to my superior aside from that you he can't be searched anywhere. I don't know which way to go. It is difficult if you have no communication with your superior.

Hi Hanagi! I have a co-worker who might just be like you. With her, I noticed she lacks focus and concentration on the tasks at hand. She easily gets distracted, too. Sometimes, it is because of fear of the boss or even fear of committing mistakes that makes her commit mistakes even more. I even suspect that this co-worker of mine is not fit for the position she fills. She could be better off somewhere. In other words a mismatch of skills and knowledge with position.
But committing mistakes in a workplace might be costly for the office and I could understand your superior's reaction. One's mistake can affect others like a domino.
Admitting your weakness is already a big step. You can carry it further and find out why and perhaps you will arrive at your answer and be able to solve your problem.
Carry on!

It's ok to make mistake as long as you learned from it,make mistakes and learn, this way you can see how far you have improved, when doing things always plan for it,study the outcome, when passing a project always check details carefully,if you cannot ask question to your Boss then ask your friends and office mates...If someone corrected you and he was really right then accept it...before the light bulb was really perfected, the inventor committed 10,000 mistakes before he changed the dark condition of the world...Keep going make more mistake but remember you must learn from it,and don't commit the same mistake always...Take care!..

Hi friend, im also the same like you in my initial days. I used to do mistakes and will stand in front of the manager and supervisor to answer their questions. I tried a lot to correct myself. that took me 4 months. Atlast i've reduced my faults atleast. To say frankly they are so patient to make me learn things. So first of all try to reduce your mistakes and then go and tell them your improvement. do mistakes till you learn things fully. More you do error, more you learn. All the best.

Hi,
As a human being it is normal for you to make mistakes especially when it is the first time you are doing it. As for me, I make a lot of mistakes myself, and I think I am just like you. I don't know what to do and it is not because I am careless. I need to know exactly what to do before I am able to perform the right job. This is normal because you want to produce a positive result in the end, that's why you need to know things in detail before you start your work.
As for your manager, I think he is not a good communicator and not a patient person. Never mind, if you still love this job you should be patient and learn from your mistakes. The first time you get it wrong, learn from it and try to get it right the second time. If it doesn't turn out right the second time, learn from it and do right the third time. Remember - practice makes perfect! So, you will be succeed if you are patient and have the willingness to learn. Don't let your st**pid manager make you sad and feel incompetent. Prove that you are better than him. You will be better than him one day, if not now. The success day will come for you. Believe it. Good luck!

Hi Hanagi,
The good thing is—you are aware about committing mistakes. That’s a good strength where you can start working on some improvements. Try to reflect on things or areas that need improvement or where you used to commit mistake—try to innovate things on how you can improve your skills and avoid committing mistakes. If you think there’s still some room for you improve things go ahead give your best and when you are happy about it then maybe that will be the time where people will learn to appreciate you and what you are doing particularly your superior. Don’t give up, don’t feel bad…use it as a challenge that you can still do some more---your BEST!
Just relax, be yourself and enjoy life.

You are not the only one that commits mistakes, every people commits mistakes and it is okay to commit mistake has long has it is unintentional and it is not repeated. Like me I always make mistake even in simple jobs but I make sure that I will not repeat it again.
