Why does it have to be computer controlled? Why no just a buzzer on a timer like a watch with alarms. But if you really want computer controlled, then you need to interface a computer with an instrument that will sound a buzzer. These must be sold somewhere, probably by HP. A very long time ago I used a simple HP computer, that is no longer made, to interface with electronic instruments to run laboratory experiments and to take data, a buzzer with have been very simple.

Sorry off hand I don't have any links, etc. I did my lab work interfacing computers and instruments over 20 years ago. I suggest doing a general search on the topic as well as checking out some Hewlett Packard(HP) sites since they probably are still in the business of making instruments, etc. To do it totally on your own you probably would need to know some programming. That being said, I did a quick search and you can buy them but that may not be what you want. Here is a link to buy one:
