We visit my husband's aunt this evening,and before long his aunt and uncle began to talk about buying house.They have bought a new house three years ago and now its price has accelerated a lot.They are so ardent to calculate how much can we save a year and how much should we pay if we have 15 or 20 years loans. It seems buying houses is becoming a fashion these years.I cannot understand why so many people here like to buy new house in the town even it's only a few minutes away from their country home,and then they sell their whole life to the bank to pay back the borrowed money.So tired! Are you in the procession of buying house?
