whats your favorite food?

Hi, I am doing my cooking everyday. Most of the time, I will cook chinese food,as my son can't eat those spicy food. But for me and my husband, we love to eat spicy food. Sometimes, I will cook curry chicken,eat with rice or vermicelli. Or I will cook Rendang chicken with potatoes..it taste yummy. As for Chinese food, I prefer stir-fried,but not those fried stuffs like fried chicken,fried sausages. I never cook all those fried foods. For dinner, I will cook 1 soup, 1 stir fried vegetable, 1 chicken /fish dishes. It is just nice for 3 persons. During weekend, I will cook home-cooked noodle,pretty easy. I will buy the ready-make noodle from the market, just prepared the ingredients (fried shallots,some sauce for noodle,spring onion).You can also add some green vegetable or fishballs if you like. Or I will cook spaghetti for my family. I just get the ready-make spaghetti sauce, available in supermarket and add sausages or ham to the flavour. Happy cooking...

Well my go to dish when I'm not making spaghetti is sort of a macaroni and cheese casserole sort of thing. It tastes best using the Velveeta shells and cheese, but I simply make that and add some tuna and onion bread crusting to it and stir it. It makes a completely different dish which I think is excellent. Now as far as my favorite thing to make which wouldn't fall into the dinner category it's brownies. I have such a sweet tooth for them and I constantly make them whenever I'm able to.
