How do you make your chicken asada?

I start off mine with a marinade of OJ, Soy sauce, beer, onion, cilantro, and garlic salt mixed in a blender. Then I pour it to my chicken, chill it for 4 hours then grill. That's how i like mine. Maybe you have a better recipe?

Hello, Gorillafootprints925
I like to marinate my chicken in orange juice and pineapple overnite then i would add garlic, onion, cilantro, and a dash of knorr seasoning chicken flavor with out the tomato seasoning. This is soooo.... good on the grill or oven and the chicken comes out really tender. Afterwards when the chicken is done i will dice the chicken and lightly cook it with bell pepper and the onion with 2 Tablespoons of olive oil and serve it with corn and flour tortillas and rice and beans on the side.

Your recipe is interesting. I might try yours because I have most of the ingredients you are using.

And I will try yours, you can also use this ingridient with beef fajita just marinate the steak in orange juice and pineapple over night or 4-5 hours and trust me it will come out very tender just go easy on the knorr seasoning because it will come out salty, you can also use any seasoning you like but use the oj and pineapple to marinate.
