i was walking with my boyfriend holding hands and this person just runs into me almost knocking me down and my boyfriend is just laughing and did not even help me up. he realized i was pissed and didnt do anything

For your boyfriend if that the case i might punch the guy or grab his slave and interrogate. but if the person have group all around standing by I might play safe or else i get hurt or killed. but i might refrain from laughing.

Well don't waste too much energy on your anger. Think about it did they do it on purpose or an accident? Was it funny in some way or not? The best thing he could of done was help you up and stop laughing. If he's smart then the next time he'll react faster and better.
