I have had such a strange day today. It started off with my youngest son being ill and then he came home from school, then my oldest son said that he was not feeling well so he was also sent home from school. Two hours later they were both feeling alot better, funny that.I have had friends pop round all day, when one set of friends left another set turned up,then the lady next door caught me as i was letting another friend out so we had a long conversation.Tonight was just the same as today more company turning up and now it is at last time for the pc and me.

I guess that they saw your sons coming home and were popping in to see what was wrong. They probably timed it so they all would not crowd on you at once, so when one set of friends left, the other set came in and so on. it shows me that they were rather concerned about your sons and wanted to show their concern.
By the way, was it a stomach flu or something like that?

Hi, jugsjugs. I know how you feel! When I used to live with my grandmother, my aunts would come whenever they felt like it. It ended up being so annoying. That is why I am glad that I have moved out of my grandmother's home. In my own home, I don't ever have to worry about anyone just popping up all of a suddenly whenever they feel like it. Because I don't always invite people over like that.

Sounds like you’ve had a full day! Sometimes it is impossible to plan your day because so much of it can be beyond your control! I hope your boys are okay now and I am glad you finally had some time with your PC at last. I’ve had my daughter home on school holidays for the past two weeks and as much as I enjoyed time with her I did look longingly at my laptop every now and again...
