Ever had a hangover? I did. I was 14 or 13 back then, yup very young, I started drinking when I was 12. One day after school, I went to a friend to get a hold of his school project but then we ran into some of our buddies and invited us to drink and that day was the first time I was drunk. We were drinking and drinking and then I was drunk I can barely drive my moped home so I had my friend drive me home. My parents got very worried because I came home late, I was wasted and the next morning the worst thing happened, clustered headache, I felt like I have to throw up the whole day. Now I'm 19 years old knowing better about alcohol and health stuff I'm interested in ways to prevent it from happening again. Now I know that alcohol makes you dehydrated and that is why you need to drink a lot of water. Some of the remedies I just learned if you actually get a hangover is eat a greasy food because alcohol is absorbed by fat, eat burnt toast, drink coke, or just sleep it off. I think the best thing to do is to drink plenty of water and sleep but combinations of this things might be better.

Drinking is really a addiction and not easy to quit all of sudden. But good thing is there are many rehabilition center for helping to get rid of these habits. Try them and make a great change in your life.

Man i feel you on this one. I had a hangover on Saturday that lasted the whole day and I puked at least 10 times throughout the day. The weird thing is I can get equally as drunk as what I was the night before and sometimes manage to have no hangover at all. I hate hangovers that last the whole day it can ruin the whole day. I think the best thing to do for a hangover is sleep as long as possible before you ever wake up, take some advil once you do wake up, and then smoke a big fat B so that you just feel nice and relaxed. Thats just me though.
