Does anyone had an account with JPHF Bux and had a problem cashing out?

I recently reached two times more than the minimum balance allowed for cashing out but it seems that the server has a problem. When I tried to cash out i received a notification after I verified my cash PIN---- "You don't have enough balance to withdraw. You can only request equal or less than $****." You also can't post a thread in the forum section as well as the sending support ticket. Waaaaaaahhhhhhh! :(
