Okay, so I usually wear glasses. But whenever I put on contacts, that's when I notice this big puffiness under my eyes, almost looks like bags. And I always seem to have dark circles. I thought maybe it was sleep. but its summer now and I've been getting at LEAST the recommended 8 hrs. if not more. I'm not sure what to do to get rid of this. I know dark circles I can at least use makeup. But the under eye puffiness/bag thing, I dont even know how to explain it well. It just looks weird. Any Help Please??

Well, for a long term solution for this problem, you might want to consider using a ligh eye gel on a regular basis. An eye gel is like an eye cream, but lighter in texture. When it happens, you can also place a few cold slices of cucumber on your eye in order to minimize the puffiness and dark circles. But this only helps for a while!

Use ice packs to decrease the puffiness around the eyes. that's why cucumber is so effective at that because the said veggie could retain it's "coolness" for a few hours, thus is effective in reducing eye bags. Then apply eye cream, I think Garnier has one product that works wonders for the eyes. And lastly, when putting make-up, try to accentuate the lashes or eyebrows as it would keep the attention away from the eye bags... hope this helps.

I have the same problem and I have even tried putting spoons in my eyes to relieve its puffiness but that don't seems to work. It occurred to me when I have loss some weight and I think that I have developed some eyebags and dark circles. I tried using garnier roll on but I think it doesn't work for me.

For the eye puffiness I would try a cold compress and make up for the bags.
