Have you seen the movie "HACHIKO"? it is a beautiful movie..the story tells about the loyalty of a friend to his master..on how they meet and how their friendship develop..
after i saw this movie i ask myself, is it still excess for this time? the word loyalty?
but other side tells that what is the use of your loyalty if you die for hunger because of the said loyalty?..what is important for them is practicality..we work for money in order to meet our needs and to sustain our starving stomach..we have to jump over to other walls if we saw that there is a good opportunity awaits us..what do you think?
How about you guys? what is important to you? loyalty or practicality?..

Yah, indeed the move Hachiko was something worth watching.
On the matters of loyalty or practicality, I prefer loyalty.
Loyalty has always been the issue why marriages are doomed to fail. They prefer to get out of the relationship to have something to be fed to the mouth but at the end,the heart remains empty.
What is the essence of living if you can't anchor on emotional stability, which I believe is the strongest human anchor.

YOUR RIGHT! when it comes to a relationship between a man and a woman loyalty is needed to each other in order to survive..but when it comes to our worked practicality is much apply than a loyalty..we want to work in a good company with a good compensation that is why we always move and apply to another company which is well compensated because we want a high compensation..

I know loyalty still exists in real life cherwin....
yet, it is very hard to found... because as you said
people are more practical nowadays... for survival....
if we want to survive and stay alive, we should
be practical enough to cop up with many changes
with our various needs... and like friendship loyalty
is like a treasure hunting.... it is very hard to find...
but there it exists, in the hearts of our few fellows....

loyalty can apply to a person who is worth it..but today more people use of practicality for the reason of as said lately survival..in fact, we can observed to our surroundings their way of leaving and a kind of person we have encounter..we can rate only one have its loyalty out of ten..what do you think?..where were you belong Prime?

Ideologists would say LOYALTY,Liberated/modern people would say PRACTICALITY. Can I go in between? LOL.. It depends on the matter. "Hachiko" movie states how dog is connected to their master, especially if they got a GOOD MASTER. I am not being safe but I'll speak for practicality, it's just upon how people stand for their decisions. That dog had its purpose and he accomplished it.

yes, other people say's that's its better to have a dog friend than a person..because a dog have a mouth and sharp teeth that anytime they can bite you, but they don't..because the dog has a truth loyalty to his master..but a person whom your friend anytime will bite you up..

Yes, I've seen Hachiko movie. It was very touching.
As for me, I need both loyalty and practicality. Just being loyal but not practical is stupid (especially when the loyalty is misplaced). Being practical but not loyal, will lead people to loneliness - not many friends.

yes it is supposed too you have both of it..but sometimes we have to choose especially when it required for us..maybe to don'rt understand what i mean but i experience with this already and what i choose is practicality because i think that if i choose loyalty it can never help my problem for that time..

YAP, loyalty is very hard to find especially now a days..even to your friends you cannot give all your trust on them, its the reason because you really don't what they thinki'n about and if they are truth to you or they came unto to you to be your friend because they will after of someone they want it to get from you..who know's..

Cherwin I feel that loyality and practicality can and do go
hand in hand. You can be very loyal to a friend and yet practice
being practical too they need not esclude each other at all.
So to me you can be loyal to your friends but also always be
practical so you do not starve for friendship at all.

I feel one needs to strike a balance between the two. There is no need to starve in the name of loyalty.Similarly there is no need to be disloyal to a person. One should be practical in life with a good moral or ethical code. This i feel will enable you to accomplish work without being disloyal to those who have helped you out.

yes it is..but there are different kind of situation that we need to be choose where it should be applied for..specially when it come to your work..you really work hard for your master not to get some appreciation, but you work because that is your duties and responsibilities in returned they give you a salary..and because they trait you like them not an ordinary and they are good to you..so you can appreciate it and because of that you doubled your work in order to please them..
but it happened that a salary to have is not enough for the need of your family, and their is an opportunity knocks on you that will meet all you want..so what would you applied for? loyalty or practicality?

I prefer Loyalty the most and like people that always keep their promises and help you out when you need it the most.I like people that will offer to go the extra mile and stay with you when you are feeling sad and help cheer you up.Someone that is very loyal will never betray you as they have strong feeling for you and consiter you a true friend and will do their best to make sure that they don't break the trust bond that you share in common.

yes you have a point that loyalty is important when it come to a relationship..maybe loyalty can apply for a right person who is suppose to deserved it to give your loyalty..but sometimes it can make us to disappoint when we give to loyalty to a person who is not valuable at all..

I say loyalty is in the dna make up of everyone and the place and manner in which you were brought up determains wether you are loyal. If you have been let down all of your life you will have trust issues and loyalty will be only to yourself as you feel that no one else will be able to help you. You can only be loyal to someone that will help you and go the distance and more, that is someone you can show loyalty to.
