If wanna have belly slim, you can do with a cheap sport: run!
By doing run regularly, at least four times a week, you can shape your abdominal muscles. If you have no spare time to go to the park, you can start it began in the area of residence. In the morning, run in residential area before you go to the office. Perform this exercise at least 30 minutes. Besides in the morning, you could do it in the afternoon.
But it still must be remembered, keep reduce consumption carbohydrates at dinner. At least, this step serves to keep your weight balanced. Eat fewer calories and increase protein consumption over one gram per pound of your weight each day.

That's my problem too, having a round stomach but I cant get rid of it even if I am going to do some sit ups. But I am going to try and run. Is running in place counted? Is it necessary that you move from place to another when you run or staying in one place is fine?

advokatku you are so right and for those with good legs this is a
great way to slim down, but I am alas not able to even walk fast
because I have my left leg in a heavy brace, I am overweight too
a lot because I am not active. there is now swimming pool here so
swimming is out, I just wish I could find an aerobic exercise for
as person of my age 84 that cannot run, nor walk fast either, Any suggestions?
