I've always liked walking. It makes me think a lot and it kind of relieves me of stress. Plus walking is good for the heart. So I always make it a point to take a walk everyday as part of my exercise. I also do a lot of walking in my school. It's a really big campus and I just walk around.

Yeah I try to walk every day on my tread mill. I like to walk while i am watching tv. Dont really like to walk out side though. Especially if i have to go to the bathroom or i get tired then i have to walk back home. So I prefer walking on the treadmill while watching tv or listening to music. Plus I can keep track of how many miles i am going.

My job is very physical that's why I don't like walking if I don't need to.I like to just sit in front of the computer lotting or watching a movie or reading a good book in a coffee shop.

Me too . I like walking too, especially at a green area . The reason is the air is so clear , which is good for my health . And sometimes I will go to home by walking if the distance from my house is not long . So I enjoy walking if I have a chance .

I like it too, in the park, or in the mountains, everywhere, to feel the fresh air, and the wind over my face. Since i don`t have any friends left, i had a few, but all are busy with their girlfriends, or boyfriends, so, i don`t have any company to take walks, sometimes i take my mother to a walk in the park.

I like walking, too. I used to walk for about 30 minutes a day when I was still studying and when I worked in an office. But now that I don't go to the office anymore, I seldom walk. I want to continue walking since it's good for the health and it kept me thin before. :)
